Throughout the world, psycho-educational programs based on the concept of mindfulness are being developed,. They teach children to recognize their own reactions and allow them not only to understand them by themselves but also among others (and perhaps above all) to accept them. This will naturally alleviate the difficult emotions. It is good to know how to improve stress resilience because it is impossible to eliminate it. Children live in conditions that cause tension: peers, teachers, tests, conflicts …

Probably every person working with children wonders: how children could develop their attention? Could children be a little bit more calmer?

It is worthwhile to teach children:

– how to alleviate anger, sadness and other difficult emotions,
– how to tame own thoughts,
– focus your attention on the breath and discover how it affects your mood,
– how to discover own advantages,
– perceive that you are liked by other people even if you do not believe in it
